On Friday the 24th of March, the school council thought of having a school triathlon.
There were options to do individual or in a group of three. You also got more points for doing it individually, for your house. Blue team ended up winning, but all the other teams did really well and it was a close score between all the teams.
The house colours were red, blue, green and yellow.
Not everyone did it, some people were away.
Student council got to choose what house colours people were in.
Everyone was in their house colours to show what team they were in.
Big thanks to the student council for making this possible and thanks to the teachers.

Happy Birthday to Lauren and Mila!
Happy birthday, Indigo room wishes you a very good birthday this week.
Wow! Lauren is turning 10! That is as old as my grandma! Tell us what you wished for!
Last week Lexus' Dad came in to talk about gold mining. He mined gold for four years on the West Coast and brought in photos and little gold nuggets to show us.

On Wednesday the 8th of March Indigo Room walked up to White Rock. Some people thought it was hard, but we made it.
Some people were troopers and carried peoples bags!......
Thanks to all of the people for coming on the trip, you made everything fun and awesome. On the trip we saw cicadas, cicada shells, butterflies and wild strawberries.

First Class Trip.
On Friday the 2nd of March the Indigo Room and Room 4 went on their first class trip, to the library and the Motueka Museum, to look around and find out about explorers and local iwi.
After going to those places, they went swimming at the Rau Manuka, the Kumaras. Everyone had a great time!
